Small, Quite inner city boarding house requires caretaker/manager ( 8 rooms ) All accommodation and Utilities included. Work required approximately 5 hours per week.The successful applicant should possess a detailed understanding of the day to day workings of a boarding house, have excellent communication and dispute resolution skills and be of a honest, trustworthy and reliable character. Responsibilities will include
Making sure all tenant abide by the house rules
Ensuring the boarding house is run in accordance with the Residential tenancy association guidelines
Cleaning of common areas, bathrooms and toilets
Completing Small maintenance issues
Interviewing and placing new tenant.
Resolve tenants disputes
Collect and bank rent
Give regular and constant feedback to Owner
