Apartment at Emporium with balcony and a fully furnished room, with internet and utilities included in rent. Available for immediate move in.
Room furnished with wardrobe, queen bed, side tables, tallboy and table lamps. Exclusive bathroom (toilet, bath) for your own use. We are looking for ONE sociable working adult.
No private parking available though. We do not have space for additional bulky furniture as well. There is a common gym, pool, Jacuzzi , steam room available for Emporium tenants. My personal favourites are the gym and pool.
Cafe and restaurants just downstairs , with IGA supermarket just outside the emporium. Five minute walk to the Valley metro station and Brunswick Mall, nightclubs. Bus stop on either side of emporium, with only three stops to city.
You will be living with a working couple. Looking for responsible, clean, fluent in English and sociable.
Smoking allowed only at the balcony.
It?s an ideal place for someone who uses the amenities. Loves to go out/ downstairs for drinks and chill out. Two weeks bond and one week rental advance.
