Minute walk from the Valley nightlife, trendy James St precinct, 15 minutes walk from the City. Bus stop is just outside the building. CityCycle station is just around the corner.
The apartment is fully furnished, what you need is only your clothes and you will be all set.
Rent is $250 per week which includes gas and 4G broadband internet. Electricity bill is not included. On moving in a payment of 2 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond $1,000 is required. Rent is 2 weeks payable every fortnight.
Parking can be arranged at additional cost.
